Metalink Ltd. http://www.metalinkdsl.com, a leader in providing high performance broadband access chipsets, today announced that, the Company has been informed that Uzi Rozenberg, a member of its board of directors and a principal shareholder, has acquired yesterday additional 500,000 shares of the Company's stock outside the open market. The purchase brings Mr. Rozenberg's beneficial ownership of Metalink stock to 4,986,095 shares.
