AM Communications, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AMCM) announced today the financial results for the third quarter of its fiscal year 2003 ending December 28, 2002.
Total revenues for the third quarter of fiscal 2003 were $16.6 million, up 46% compared to $11.4 million reported for the third quarter of fiscal 2002. The Company reported a net loss of $1.8 million during the reporting period, compared to a net income of $1.6 million in the comparable period in fiscal 2002.
