Warner Music Canada and Cinram International, Inc. have announced that the two companies have reached an agreement for Cinram to provide distribution services for Warner Music's physical product throughout Canada. This agreement enhances the longstanding manufacturing relationship between the two companies.
With the new agreement in place, Warner Music Canada, an affiliate of Warner Music International, will close its warehouse operations while the warehousing and order fulfillment will move to Cinram's distribution facility in Scarborough, Ontario. Cinram will assume these new responsibilities from Warner Music Canada in June 2003.
