The online tool provides "star-based" health care patient outcome and cost efficiency ratings for hospital-based treatments of 19 medical conditions using both CIGNA and third-party hospital data.
The new tool is available to the general public at no charge in the online http://www.cigna.com/ Provider Directory, and to CIGNA HealthCare members via myCIGNA.com, their personal health benefits Web portal.
