Cevisama, the International Trade Fair for ceramic tiles, coverings for the construction industry, and bathroom furnishings and fittings, was once again held in Valencia, Spain. The show, which this year took place in a renovated exhibition center, was held from February 8 to 12, 2005.
In total, there were 1,200 exhibitors, of which 60% were from the ceramic tile industry. The revamped convention center encompasses almost 2.5 million square feet, providing approximately 55% more space than was previously available. In particular, the expansion made room for the growing segment of tile manufacturers, including many who are targeting the U.S. market.
