MILAN -- Ermenegildo Zegna SpA, which posted a double-digit increase in 2004 net profits, wants to evolve from a men's wear leader to a preeminent global brand and has tapped former Gucci Group chief executive Domenico De Sole to help it do just that.
De Sole, chairman of the newly incorporated Tom Ford brand announced last week, can now add Zegna Group board member to his resume.
