HIGH POINT, N.C.-Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams, celebrating their 16th year as upholstery manufacturers, are now in the case goods and lighting business, and they unveiled a new company name at market here.
Under the new name Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, the Taylorsville, N.C., company introduced a 90-piece case goods line and a 20-piece lighting collection.
"Designing a case goods collection is something our customers have been asking us to do and something we have wanted to do for a long time," Gold said. "We didn't want to embark on such a venture until we had the best upholstery company in the industry and a rock-solid core business."
