Hampshire trustees on Tuesday hammered out the final details of an annexation agreement for the Briar Hill Crossing industrial park and home proposal, bringing weeks of discussion and public comment nearly to a close.

At issue was a list of last-minute revisions made to the agreement, incorporating closing suggestions from village committees and staff. The board called Tuesday's special meeting last week to ferret out any loose strings in the document before a final vote was taken.
