Some of the proposed projects are ambitious.
A skating rink, a community center or turning an existing lodge into a year-round facility.
Others are more modest, such as improving drainage, adding water service to a pavilion and updating playground equipment.
All of the ideas are part of a five-year plan designed by the town parks and recreation department to bring more people into Van Buren Central Park, 7350 Canton St., Baldwinsville.
