Apr. 23--OUTBACK LIKELY TAKING OVER DURANGO'S AT HARBOUR VILLAGE: Durango Steak House patrons near Queen's Harbour Yacht & Country Club won't be out a steakhouse for long. Looks like Outback is moving in.
Durango, which anchored the Harbour Village shopping center at 13245 Atlantic Blvd. for seven years, didn't renew its lease and moved out of the strip in March, landlord Barry Khosrowzadeh said Friday. He said Tampa-based Outback Steakhouse Inc. has agreed to a 10-year lease for the vacant space, which Khosrowzadeh expects to re-open as Outback Steakhouse by September.
