Food Spy draws an electrician's attention to the press blurb on Portuguese restaurant Tugga, opening on the King's Road in May. 'Uber-trendy lighting known as Edison bulbs (where the filament glows inside the bulb) hang above each table,' it says. 'Interesting,' says the electrician, 'because that is indeed how electric light bulbs work.' Political pundits should keep an eye on the sales of cocktails in the Duke's Hotel bar in St James. 'We've got three new ones for the election,' says owner David Naylor-Leyland.
