When H. Price Roark was presented the Paul Harris Fellow by the Little Rock Rotary Club in 1994, it was stated that "he is known to his associates as a very principled fellow, a quiet giant who runs a tight ship, a pro who demands excellence and will not compromise his values by settling for less, a man who gives opinions based on his experience and education. He is revered by those who respect him and feared by those who give him less than the best, but Price is also a man of great wit with whom you can have a good laugh and all of whom know him as a friend certainly know him as a man who can be called on for help."
