LOS ANGELES -- Harvard-Westlake School, a prestigious North Hollywood prep-academy, has now been hit with an $100 million lawsuit by parents who charge that present students recently entered into a conspiracy to threaten to kill their son.
Several students, led by members of the school's football team, stated in writing on an Internet website that they wanted to kill a fifteen-year-old student, one of the "postings" said, "with an ice pick." That was alleged in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court this morning by Beverly Hills attorney, Charlotte Hassett, Esq.
