NEW YORK, April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The Komar Company, a privately held, leading U.S. intimate apparel group, today announced that a company it controls has purchased substantially all of the assets of Lotta Lov, LLC. Lotta Luv, LLC is the leading marketer of lip balms, bath and body products under popular snack food and candy brand names, such as Snapple, Hershey's and Dairy Queen.
