HOMES with a history are fascinating - even more so when local people still feel part of that history.
And that's the case with The Old School House on Widney Road, Bentley Heath, Solihull.
The Victorian schoolhouse had seen better days when Neil Basford of Aspley Homes undertook its restoration and conversion into three highly individual apartments, later adding two more in an extension.
They are now offered for sale, priced from pounds 285,000 to around pounds 300,000 with two car parking spaces each.
