Apr. 27--Shorewest Realtors is suing Journal Sentinel Inc., alleging circulation fraud at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Accusing the newspaper of deliberately overstating circulation since 1996 and using the "artificially inflated rates to surreptitiously overcharge" the home-seller for advertising, Brookfield-based Shorewest filed its suit in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday, seeking class-action status.
