As much as she loves her Australian Cattle Dog, Darwin, Sheree Davis just didn't have enough time or money to buy him his own herd of cattle for fun.
So she did the next best thing. She decided to send him to Maddy's Doggie Daycare Center in Huntley instead, where Darwin gets the space he needs to run around, play with others and wear himself out.
"Any kind of herding dog really needs exercise and stimulation," Davis said. "We can't give him all he needs, so it's a wonderful thing to go there and just watch him play.
