Rare is the academic who, like Gabriel Weisberg, is equally at home in the classroom and the museum gallery. A University of Minnesota art-history professor, Weisberg most recently curated "L'Art Nouveau: The Bing Empire," a glamorous international exhibition that is attracting crowds at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam through Feb. 27.
