LOS ANGELES, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Federal District Court Judge A. Wallace Tashima ruled favorably yesterday on one of the key points set forth by defendant, Virgin Records in its Motion For Judgment As A Matter of Law in the case of Yvette Marine v. Virgin Records America Inc. The case, now on trial in the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, is expected to conclude the first week of August.
