A Little Rock business owner has sued the Arkansas Elevator Safety Board for refusing to let him operate his freight elevator.
The elevator is in a warehouse at 1222 Garland St. in Little Rock, the home of Asco Vending Inc. Since 2002, the elevator, which was built in 1926, has been shut down by the Arkansas Department of Labor for several code violations, according to the appeal by John Nash.
