Each year the Chamber joins with the First Hawaiian Bank and Alexander and Baldwin, Inc in paying tribute to the men and women of the Armed Forces in Hawaii. We recognize the military for all that it does to make the Asia Pacific and Hawaii a safer and better place, and for their outstanding contributions in local community service.
Where would our schools be without their voluntary contributions in fixing schools facilities and grounds, and mentoring students? How about the men and women in uniform volunteering untold hours of support for the homeless, children in need, and our senior citizens; cleaning up Diamond Head and our beaches and parks; fighting to stamp ...
