Introduction
Healthcare professionals can potentially have a significant impact on the health behaviour of adolescents. However, improvements in the consultation process are needed to actively engage young people in diabetes care. This study explored young adults' perceptions of their diabetes and its management following transfer from paediatric to adult diabetes services.
