NORWALK, Conn., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Trans-Lux Corporation (AMEX: TLX) today announced that a subsidiary, Trans-Lux Sign Corporation, completed a previously announced transaction with Indicator Maintenance Corporation for the purchase of certain of its outdoor sign, lease and maintenance base and other assets.
