As we've noted several times in our coverage recently, digital editions of b2b magazines are growing in usage, mainly as a way of reaching new markets (especially for overseas subscribers) and to partly skirt rising paper, printing, and postal expenses (yet another U.S.P.S. rate hike was proposed earlier this month; see story on page 1). But we're not the only ones monitoring this trend, which could best be described as a new emerging element in the b2b circulation mix rather than a sea change that will change forever the way magazines are distributed to subscribers.
Still, it's a growing factor that no one can ignore. BPA Worldwide certainly isn't ...
