The Ilchester Cheese Company, a UK leading producer of blended cheese, is celebrating after scooping the accolade of 'Best Dairy Product' at this year's Food Marketing and Manufacturing Awards 2005. The winning formula is down to the company's Crandale Cheese, a delicious combination of Wensleydale cheese and cranberries, packaged as a small but perfectly formed 150g 'mini whole cheese'.
