Nirvana, a contemporary young men and women's clothing store, has been added to the list of boutique retailers scheduling to open at Pier Village, the new mixed-use community which is nearing completion in Long Branch, N.J.
The new 3,000 s/f store brings the current total of leased retail space to more than 80%, reports Applied Development Company, which is developing Pier Village's 320 luxury rental residences and 100,000 s/f of ground floor retail.
