NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings assigns an 'AA/F1+' rating to $322,140,000 North Carolina Medical Care Commission Health Care Facilities revenue refunding bonds (Duke University Health System), series 2005, consisting of:
-- $107,380,000 series 2005A;
-- $107,380,000 series 2005B;
-- $107,380,000 series 2005C.
In addition, Fitch affirms the 'AA' rating on approximately $439 million of outstanding bonds issued on behalf of Duke University Health System. The proceeds of the series 2005 bonds will be used to refund the series 1996C, 1998A, and 1998B bonds. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
