Capital One Financial Education Program Teaches D.C. Students the Basics of Savings
MCLEAN, Va., May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Capital One Financial Corporation will be placing oversized piggy banks around the nation's capital in honor of the launch of its "Stash Your Cash" financial education program with D.C. middle and junior high schools. The fifteen piggy banks, each measuring approximately 4 feet tall and weighing 750 pounds, will be hand painted by local artists and D.C. students and will serve to add excitement to and engage parents, students and teachers in the financial literacy campaign.
