TriPath Imaging, Inc. today reported fourth quarter revenues of $11.0 million, a 73% increase from the $6.3 million recorded in the fourth quarter of 2001 and a 12% increase from the $9.8 million recorded in the third quarter of 2002. Strong growth in worldwide sales of the Company's SurePath(TM) and PrepStain(TM) reagents and disposables continued to drive margins resulting in a reduced net loss and reduced cash burn rate.
