Genetronics, Inc. Toronto announced today that it will voluntarily de-list its Common Stock from the Toronto Stock Exchange.

As part of Genetronics' progression as a public company, it began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on September 2, 1997. The Toronto Stock Exchange is recognized worldwide as one of North America's premier exchanges. Since its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Genetronics has been able to raise over US$46 million, for the development of its proprietary electroporation therapy technology.
