XL Capital Ltd. ("XL" or the Company) announced today that Neil Robertson has been named global practice leader for XL's fine art and specie business, including the fine art and specie accounts underwritten by XL London Market Ltd., XL Insurance's New York operations and XL Winterthur International. Mr. Robertson will continue as Deputy Underwriter for XL London Market's Syndicate 1209.
