ChoicePoint today announced the acquisition of National Data Retrieval Inc. (NDR), one of the nation's leading providers of public records information for bankruptcies, civil judgments, and federal and state tax liens. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
National Data Retrieval, which also is based in Alpharetta, has 26 fulltime employees, all of whom will be retained, plus a nationwide network of approximately 400 independent collection contractors. The privately held company was established in 1989.
