Weight Loss Forever International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: WLFI) has completed the first stage of integrating its recent acquisition of the BEVERLY HILLS Weight Loss & Wellness(R) System.

Christopher M. Swartz, Director of Corporate Development, announced that a separate wholly owned subsidiary, Beverly Hills Franchising Corp., has been formed to offer franchises and area development agreements for the operation of BEVERLY HILLS Weight Loss & Wellness(R) clinics. An updated Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) has been completed and will be provided to prospective franchisees.
