BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Ken Berry, chairman and chief executive officer of the Virgin Music Group Worldwide, has announced the resignations of Jeff Ayeroff and Jordan Harris, co- chairmen of Virgin Records America Inc., effective immediately. Berry has named Phil Quartararo president and chief executive officer of Virgin Records America Inc.
Ayeroff and Harris, co-managing directors of VRA since the founding of the company in 1986, were named co-chairmen following last year's merger of the Virgin label Charisma Records Inc. with VRA.
Quartararo joined VRA in 1986. In 1990 he went on to launch Charisma Records, serving as president of that label ...
