ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Martech USA, Inc. (NYSE: MUS) today announced that William B. (Bill) Nicholson, 57, has been named its executive vice president. Mr. Nicholson replaces Robert Burcham, who retired effective Aug. 1 for personal reasons. In addition to assuming this new position, Mr. Nicholson will replace Mr. Burcham as a director of the company, and complete his term.
Mr. Nicholson has been with Martech USA since 1988. Before this promotion, Mr. Nicholson served as senior vice president, and has been in charge of Martech's California Environmental Division, based in Sacramento, Calif. Mr. Nicholson will remain in Sacramento, and will assume ...
