MCMINNVILLE, Ore., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Evergreen International Aviation, Inc. today announced that it will explore a number of strategic alternatives for its wholly owned subsidiary, Evergreen Aviation Ground Logistics Enterprises, Inc., or EAGLE. The company will consider a sale of some or all of its interest in EAGLE. Evergreen is the world's largest Boeing 747 contract air freight carrier, based on fleet size, and also provides a wide variety of aviation services including aircraft maintenance and overhaul, contract helicopter services and aircraft leasing and brokering services around the world.
