Lamb to the position of chief financial officer (CFO), effective May 31, 2005. Lamb currently serves as the vice president of finance at KLA-Tencor, a manufacturer of test and measurement equipment for the worldwide semiconductor industry. Lamb will be working closely with Richard Okumoto, current CFO of Photon Dynamics, to ensure a smooth transition.
