DES MOINES _ Amid all the reports of disaster, destruction and billions of dollars in damage to crops and homes in the Midwest from flooding, there is at least one tiny saving grace.
Some people do quite well off disasters.
Which is not to say that anyone wished for the record rains that have swallowed whole towns, flooded parts of eight states, and caused President Clinton to ask Congress for $2.5 billion in aid.
