I'm talking about the May 19 opening of The Revenge of the Sith, George Lucas' latest and presumably last Star Wars flick.
Who knew the phrase may the Force be with you would mean a $95 million marketing budget and enough product tie-ins to stock a Wal-Mart?
Who knew that after his last two installments, anyone would even care?
We all did, of course, because when it comes to fervor, Star Wars fans are a cult unto themselves. The other day I Googled Star Wars and got 37 million hits. I Googled George W. Bush and got only 33 million.
