Loligo Food Corp.'s stuffed calamari and Intershell International's pressed, natural seafood pieces packaged in a push-up tube took top honors in Sunday's New Products Competition.
Judges named Loligo's stuffed calamari Best New Retail Product and Intershell's Seafood Naturals Best New Foodservice Product. The winners were announced at the IBSS & SPA Welcome Reception and Tsunami Relief Fundraiser held after the first day of the show.
