MARYVILLE, Tenn. -- Ruby Tuesday, Inc., (NYSE:RI) one of the nation's leading casual dining restaurant companies, introduced a new menu today with additions in nearly every section. The chain also enhanced its salad bar to include more than 65 items from which guests can create their own signature salad.
The new menu, which is available at more than 700 Ruby Tuesdays across the U.
