I love the idea of "Dish it Out." It's great! I love Mexican food; my favorite is the white cheese dip. Connie's Kitchen in Leland has a great Mexican cheese dip. If there is any way to get this recipe, please do.

WHITE CHEESE DIP
1 pound white American cheese, cubed
1/2 cup or more milk (to achieve the consistency of a dip)
1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped
Heat cheese and milk until cheese has dissolved and mixture
is smooth. Stir in jalapeno peppers.
