What are shells?
Have you ever collected shells? Shells are made by mollusks (mol-lusks). Mollusks are animals with soft bodies. Some mollusks, like, snails, have one shell Some snails live on land and others live in water. Oysters (oys-ters), clams, and scallops (scal-lops) are mollusks that have two shells and live only in water.
