These axe among the key qualifies Westchester Medical Center needs in its next permanent chief executive officer, according to the man who held a similar position from 1978 to 1990.
"An understanding of the financial nature of the hospital system would not hurt," understated Bernard Weinstein, former commissioner of hospitals.
Weinstein, a former chief executive officer of Bellevue Hospital Center, is now a professor of public administration at Pace University in White Plains.
