NEENAH, Wis., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- A national survey commissioned by SCOTT(R) Tissue and Towels finds that 23 percent of Americans consider New York City the city with the most common sense. And New Yorkers firmly agree, with 83 percent saying they have the most common sense. In contrast, Boise, Idaho, ranked second as the city with the most common sense, at 12 percent, but only 59 percent of Boise residents actually think their hometown has the most common sense.
