Tonight, four Denver chefs will put their best clogs forward to showcase Denver dining at the James Beard House in New York City.
Frank Bonanno, Bryan Moscatello, Jennifer Jasinski and Matt Selby were selected from among a group of chefs suggested by Denver dining critics, including the News' John Lehndorff, as part of the "Eat Denver" campaign.
The Beard House, once the home of culinary educator and author James Beard, was preserved after his death for culinary events. It's an honor to be invited to cook there, but it's also a logistical nightmare for out-of-town chefs.
