Willamette Valley reported a net profit of $81,407, or $0.02 per basic share on revenue of $1,511,502 in the third quarter of 2002 as compared to a profit of $35,982, or $0.01 per share on revenues of $1,913,971 for the same period in 2001. For the nine-month period ended September 30, 2002, Willamette Valley reported a net profit of $21,859, or $0.01 per basic share on revenues of $4,139,047 compared to a loss of $51,250, or $(0.01) per basic share for the same period in 2001.
