Q4 Fiscal 2002 Total Revenues $58.2 Million
Ariba, Inc. , the leading Enterprise Spend Management (ESM) solutions provider, today announced results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2002.
Quarterly Results
Revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2002 were $58.2 million. Net loss on a GAAP basis for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2002 was $142.5 million, or a loss of $0.54 per share. For the corresponding quarter in fiscal 2001, the net loss on a GAAP basis was $224.3 million, or a loss of $0.89 per share.
