- Rejects Collateral Challenge By Vladimir Zelezny -
Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (CME) (BULLETIN BOARD: CETVF) today announced that the Amsterdam District Court has rejected the claims brought by Vladimir Zelezny demanding that the decision of the Amsterdam Arbitral Tribunal, which ordered him to pay CME $27.1 million, be reversed. The Court rejected Zelezny's claims and ordered him to bear the costs of the proceedings.
