Weight Watchers International, Inc., , the world's leading provider of weight-loss services, and its affiliated licensee WeightWatchers.com, Inc. have filed suit in US District Court, Southern District of New York, against USA Prescriptions, Inc., charging the Davis, Florida-based company has been placing unauthorized pop-up advertisements for diet drugs on the WeightWatchers.com Web site.
